So you should include the CPU to the RMA list. ![]() The IHS damage also may point to something since you can't see what kind of damage exists underneath and what kind of pressure may have caused this. You can try to RMA the PSU and motherboard. If they are related it could be the PSU or the motherboard, if they are not it could be anything. Are you sure that it's always a hard lock that happens after each crash? Does the reset button work? Have you tried to push the power button and hold it in that position for 10 seconds or more?Īt this point I can't be sure whether those 2 issues are related. ![]() The fact that this doesn't always happen during stress testing means that you are not dealing with serious hardware damage and most importantly you cannot easily pinpoint the suspect. ![]()
